Steamhaus is one the UK's top 25 SME Culture Leaders

We’ve always been proud of our culture at Steamhaus, and this week we were recognised by Real Business, coming in at number 12 on their list of the top 25 SME Culture Leaders.

With a judging panel that includes executive-level staff from Glassdoor, O.C Tanner, and Breathe, we’re flattered to make the list.

It’s refreshing to see so many fantastic businesses prioritising a healthy working culture, and there are plenty of culture tips from the other SMEs that we’re going to look at implementing here at Steamhaus.
